From the first conversation to launch day — here's exactly what to expect when you work with us.
We start with a conversation about your business, goals, pages needed, and timeline. Tell us what you need — and what you've seen that you like. The clearer your vision going in, the faster the build.
You receive a detailed written proposal covering scope, cost, and estimated timeline. Once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and officially begin work.
You provide your logo, copy, photos, and any credentials we'll need. We can't build without your content — this step sets the pace for everything that follows. Delays in materials may affect your timeline.
We build your site according to the agreed scope — layout, design, mobile optimization, and any custom functionality outlined in your proposal. You'll be kept in the loop throughout the build.
Once a draft is ready, you review and submit feedback. We make the agreed revisions. Any changes outside the original scope are quoted and approved before we proceed.
When you're satisfied and have given final approval, the remaining balance is due. Final files and full access are transferred only after payment is received in full.
Your site goes live. We configure your domain and hosting, confirm everything is running correctly, and hand you full ownership of your online presence.
A portion of every project we complete goes toward a foundation dedicated to sponsoring high schoolers through online courses in cybersecurity, computer science, AI, and more. We believe early access to these skills is a game-changer — giving the next generation a head start on real-world knowledge, resume-building experience, and the confidence to enter a competitive field before most of their peers ever consider it.
By paying a deposit or approving a proposal, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
All projects are based on the agreed proposal, estimate, or invoice. Services may include website design, development, e-commerce setup, mobile optimization, content placement, domain and hosting assistance, basic SEO setup, maintenance, and graphic or branding integration. Services not specifically listed may result in additional charges.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid before website launch or transfer of final files. Late payments may result in project delays, pauses, suspension, or additional fees.
Clients agree to provide logos, text, images, credentials, product information, and timely communication. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.
Projects include agreed-upon revisions. Major redesigns or changes outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.
Estimated timelines begin after deposit payment and receipt of all required materials. Rush projects may incur additional fees.
Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all supplied materials and assume full responsibility for copyright compliance.
Domain and hosting fees are separate unless stated otherwise. Both require recurring renewals to keep a website live. Failure to renew may result in website shutdown, loss of business email access, suspension, or permanent loss of the domain name.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active payments unless FoundrySites agrees in writing to manage renewals. FoundrySites is not responsible for expired domains, hosting interruptions, third-party provider outages, or domains lost due to missed renewal payments. Additional fees may apply for restoration or recovery services if available.
Website ownership transfers after full payment. Unpaid work and files remain the property of FoundrySites until payment is received in full.
Your first 2 post-launch edits are included at no charge. After those are used, maintenance and updates are separate services; pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional work begins.
FoundrySites is not responsible for policy changes, outages, or failures involving third-party platforms, plugins, or services.
Deposits are non-refundable. Inactive projects may require restart fees before work resumes.
FoundrySites is not liable for revenue loss, downtime, cyberattacks, data loss, or third-party service failures.
Payment or approval of a proposal constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
